Samsung set to host Galaxy Unpacked event next week

After unveiling the new Galaxy S21 series along with the Galaxy Buds Pro in January, Samsung is ready with another big product later this month.

Usually, Samsung hosts two big-ticket Galaxy Unpacked events one each in the first half to reveal the new Galaxy S and the second half to launch the Galaxy Note series. The only exception last year was the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition, which was revealed in late 2020.

Now, the company hosting the Galaxy Awesome Unpacked on March 17. The event will be streamed live on Samsung's official YouTube channel at 7:30 PM IST. The word 'Awesome' hints the upcoming device will be Galaxy A series.

It is widely reported that the South Korean company will launch two new phones Galaxy A52 and A72 series next week. Depending on the region, the devices will come equipped with a 5G modem along. They are expected to come with powerful chipsets either a Qualcomm Snapdragon or Samsung Exynos series. Also, they will be part of Samsung's four-year software support programme.

Furthermore, they will come with top-end camera hardware on par with rival brands in the price-segments ranging between Rs 25,000 and Rs 40,000.
