'Convey achievements of Modi govt to people'

BJP National Committee organising secretary B L Santhosh inaugurates the workers’ meet in Chikkamagaluru on Thursday. Shobha Karandlaje, C T Ravi, M K Pranesh, K Jayaprakash Hegde, Kote Ranganath, Hirigaiah and H D Thammaiah look on.

The BJP workers should convey the achievements of the Central government led by Narendra Modi, to the people, said BJP National Committee organising secretary B L Santhosh.

Speaking at the BJP booth workers meet in Chikkamagaluru on Thursday, he said that the voters should be convinced of the capabilities of BJP.

The prime minister has made every citizen of India feel that he is safe in his country, he said.

Without taking names, Santhosh took a dig at Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, Priyanka Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, saying that the people have seen a chief minister who sheds tears when he is told to administer the state.

The people have also witnessed a woman leader who thinks that draping sari like her grandmother is an achievement in itself. Another great leader thinks that people should vote for him as he gets dimples on his cheeks, he added.

Santhosh said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has kept his promise. He has created pride among people of India, as he said five years back.

Santhosh asked the workers to strive towards the victory of BJP candidate Shobha Karandlaje.

The first round of campaigning in booth level should be completed before April 6. The door-to-door campaigning should be completed before April 13, he added.

Leader Jayaprakash Hegde said that all workers and leaders should work for the victory of the candidate.

BJP leaders C T Ravi, Pranesh, Kalmarudappa, Kote Ranganath and Jacinta Anil Kumar were present.
