Senior Congress leader and MLA Satish Jarkiholi on Thursday said that there was no politics involved in the recent visit by Ramesh Jarkiholi and 13 Congress MLAs to Ajmer Sharif Dargah in Rajasthan.
"Political significance should not be attached to like-minded MLAs visiting certain places," he told reporters and added: "I will lead a group of like minded MLAs to Sikkim shortly."
"Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy will soon expand cabinet, but the Congress party MLAs from Belagavi district may not get any berth. None of the MLAs from the district has expressed desire to join the cabinet," he said.
