Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition debuts on Apple Mac devices

Popular game creator CD Projekt RED on Thursday (July 17) launched the new Cyberpunk 2027: Ultimate Edition for Apple Mac devices.

The latest edition Cyberpunk 2077 series is now available for download on the Apple App Store in addition to GOG.com, Steam, and Epic Games Store.

For the uninitiated, Cyberpunk 2077 is a popular action-based Role-Playing Game(RPG). It revolves around a dystopian metropolis called Night City in the year 2077. Here, the players will take the role of a mercenary to take on the evils of society.

The game offers deep customisation in terms of the character's appearance, skills and also weapons such as guns and cyberware upgrades.

The latest Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition is based on the critically acclaimed spy-thriller expansion Phantom Liberty. In the game, users will play Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhand, and the game also stars Idris Elba as Solomon Reed.

It also contains every update released for the game so far, including the brand new Update 2.3, which introduces new quests, new vehicles, AutoDrive, extra Photo Mode options, and more.

Cyberpunk 2077 is compatible with Mac devices such as iMac, MacBook Air, Mac mini, MacBook Pro and Mac Studio-- with Apple M1 series silicon or newer version up to M3 Ultra and M4 series. Also, the system should have a minimum of 16GB base RAM and run macOS 15.5 or a newer version.
