In February 2025, Apple, Vivo, Oppo, Samsung and others launched new handsets including iPhone 16e, V50, Galaxy M06, M16, Find N5 series and more.

This month, Samsung, Vivo, Nothing Inc, Google and others are expected to bring all-new phones in a wide range of price bands worldwide and in India.

Samsung Galaxy A36 and A56 series

Samsung is expected to launch the successors of the Galaxy A35 and A55 series on March 2.

Both the devices are expected to come with 6.7-inch full HD super AMOLED display panels with in-screen fingerprint sensor. But, the Galaxy A56 is said to feature Corning’s Gorilla Victus shield and metal frame. The A36 will sport a Gorilla Glass 7+ protector and polycarbonate-based mid-rail.

The top-end A56 is said to come with Exynos 1508 chipset, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage and the A36 will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 silicon with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB storage. 

The Galaxy A56 will feature a triple-camera module— 50MP+12MP ultra-wide and 5MP with LED flash. And, the A36 will house a triple camera module0— 50MP+8MP ultra-wide and 5MP depth sensor with LED flash. Both the devices will feature 12MP front camera and a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charger.

Xiaomi 15 series

Xiaomi 15, which is already launched in China is slated to make its global debut on March 2.

It is said to come with a 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED 120Hz LTPO display, and feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 12GB RAM, 256GB/512GB storage, triple camera module (with Leica Summilux lens)--a 50MP + 50MP ultra-wide camera + 50MP 2.6X telephoto camera with LED flash on the back, 32MP front camera, and a 5,400mAh battery with 90W charging speed capability.

Nothing Phone 3a series

In late February, Nothing Inc confirmed that the new Phone (3a) series will launch on March 4.

It will come with a triple camera module with a 50MP main camera and Periscope lens. With this, the device will be able to support 3x optical zoom with lossless quality photos.

Also, it can do 6x in-sensor zoom, and up to 60x ultra zoom. This can come in handy to capture photos of big statues or landmarks from far way distance.

The 50MP main sensor is capable of absorbing 64 per cent more light at a pixel level meaning it has a 300 per cent greater full well capacity compared to the Phone (2a). All of this enables more depth and clarity.

All the camera sensors support Ultra HDR photo output and the main and front support 4K video recording with stable footage and night enhancement.

The Phone (3a) will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon silicon instead of the MediaTek chipset, which was used in the predecessor.

The upcoming device will also feature a bigger 6.88-inch full HD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a triple-camera module, compared to the dual sensors in the Phone (2a) series. It will feature a 5,000mAh battery and be offered in two variants: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage.

The new device is expected to come with two variants-- Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Plus.

Honor X series

It is speculated that Honor may bring the X9c series mobile in India this month. It is already available in China.

It features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and peak display brightness up to 4000 nits. The device will come with an IP65 water-and-dust resistant rating.

It is powered by Android 15-based MagicOS, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, 8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage, dual-camera module-- 108MP main sensor + 5MP ultra-wide camera with LED flash on the back, a 16MP front camera and a 6,600mAh carbon-silicon battery with 66W fast charging.

iQOO Neo 10R

The iQOO Neo 10R was rumoured to launch in February but, it never materialised. Now, the company has confirmed that the new phone will be launched on March 11 in India It is said to feature a 1.5K AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and supports an in-display fingerprint sensor.

It runs on Android 15-based Funtouch OS, and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 octa-core processor, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and a 6,400mAh battery

As far as the photography is concerned, it houses a dual-camera module- a main 50MP (with Sony LYT600 sensor) + 8MP ultra-wide camera with LED flash on the back and a 16MP front camera for selfies and video recording.

Vivo T4x series

The T4x series is scheduled to launch on March 5 in India. It will feature MediaTek Dimensity 7300 octal-core processor and a big 6,000mAh battery.

The new Vivo phone is said to boasts of 50MP camera and support several Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based features such as the object eraser.

Google Pixel 9a

Google is speculated to launch the new Pixel 9a on March 19. It is said to come with 6.3-inch OLED display, Tensor G4 processor similar to the premium Pixel 9 and 9 Pro models.

It is expected to feature 8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage, dual-camera module — 48MP + 13MP ultra-wide angle lens with LED flash on the back, a 13MP wide front camera and a 5,100mAh battery.

Poco M7 5G series

After launching the M7 Pro, the company is all set to bring the Poco M7 on March 4 in India. 

It is expected to come with 6.88-inch full HD+ display, Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 octa-core processor, 6GB RAM , 128GB storage, 50MP main camera, 8MP front camera, and a 5,160mAh battery with 18W charging speed.
