BJP to make members at bus terminal

The Delhi BJP plans to make new members on the go. Its youth wing leaders will contact bus commuters at a bus terminal in Connaught Place.

The drive seems modelled on a similar membership drive by the Aam Aadmi Party ahead of the 2013 Assembly polls.

Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha Nakul Bhardwaj and his team of worker will spread across Shivaji Bus Terminal and apprise voters of the achievements of the Narendra Modi government and encourage them to join the party.

In another development, Ashwani Upadhyay was appointed spokesperson of the Delhi unit of the saffron party.
