Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy said BJP State President B S Yeddyurappa’s remark that the Indian Air Force’s strike on a terrorist training camp at Balakot in Pakistan will bring dividends to BJP, will boomerang on his own party.
He told mediapersons in Kushalnagar on Thursday that Yeddyurappa’s statements exposes his mentality. “Lies are being repeated to conceal the truth”, he said, feeling that the people also feel that the names of Indian soldiers are being misused. Yeddyurappa’s statement has drawn widespread criticism, Kumaraswamy said.
The chief minister said the Congress-JD(S) coalition has allocated sufficient grants to Kodagu as compared to that of the previous governments.
