<p>Bengaluru: Realty developer Vaishnavi Group plans to expand its commercial real estate footprint in Bengaluru to 6 million square feet (msf), from its current 2.2 msf, the group announced on Tuesday.</p>.<p>The group did not disclose the investment amount.</p>.<p>It plans to add 3.5 msf Grade A office space in the next 3-4 years to cater to growing demand.</p>.<p>“The expansion is part of Vaishnavi Group’s larger vision to be a dominant player in South Bengaluru”, stated a press note.</p>.<p>The group recently completed a 500,000-sf office development located on Bannerghatta Road, it added.</p>
