DoT likely to give nod to RCom's spectrum sale

The Department of Telecommunication is likely to give its nod to Reliance Communications' spectrum sale to Reliance Jio today.

A report by the Economic Times says that the nod was delayed due to last-minute paperwork at the DoT.

RCom is currently stressed under a heavy debt and is looking at the spectrum sale as a means to raise funds to pay off a list of creditors including Ericsson.
