<div align="justify">India's largest online marketplace Flipkart has seen yet another top level exit. Its chief operating officer Nitin Seth has put in papers as the company is gearing up for an overhaul in its business activities under the leadership of new Chief Executive Officier Kalyan Krishnamurthy.<br /><br />Seth had joined Flipkart in March 2016 as Chief People Officer and continued in the post for six months. He later became Chief Administrative Officer and subsequently elevated to the role of COO in January 2017. Neither the official spokesperson of Flipkart nor its investors responded to DH query on the development.<br /><br />Seth’s departure comes at a time when Flipkart is in the process of buying rival marketplace Snapdeal.<br /><br />According to sources familiar with the development, Seth resigned from Flipkart due to personal reasons. He was in charge of the ecommerce major’s in-house logistics firm Ekart, supply chain, and customer experience.<br /><br />Analysts find that Seth’s exit will give Krishnamurthy full control of top functions at the firm. <br /><br />Besides finance, category design management, private label, customer shopping, engineering, and marketing, Krishnamurthy recently got the charge of human resource department.<br /> <br />In the recent months, Flipkart haas seen several top-level exits, including the head of Ekart Saikiran Krishnamurthy, chief marketing officer Samardeep Subandh and senior vice president of product management Surojit Chatterjee. Last year, the chief financial officer Sanjay Baweja resigned.</div>
