Briefing reporters, Chairman Vineet Nayyar said “treat Staym as a patient recouping after being critical for a year. Most of the damage has been repaired and it’s still convulsing.”
As per consolidated financial results, revenue for first quarter ending June 2010 (Q1) stood at Rs 1,248 crore and at Rs 1,242 crore for quarter ending September (Q2). The operating profit was 9 per cent of revenue for Q1 and 5.2 per cent for Q2. Profit after tax for Q1 and Q2 was Rs 98 crore and Rs 23 core, respectively.
