<p>Spanco, which has been associated with Idea in Dehra Dun for over a year now, offers services to subscribers across three circles in Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan, Spanco BPO CEO Pravin Kumar told reporters here.<br /><br />"The association, which at present has a headcount of 1,200 is expected to reach 2,000 by year-end," he said. With the increasing business volume and growing need of manpower, Spanco has been setting up call centres in non-metro locations like Dehra Dun and Coimbatore to get closer to the relevant workforce and contain operation costs with increased efficiency, Kumar said.</p>
