<p>The price of the 14.2-kg subsidised cooking gas (LPG) cylinder was hiked by Rs 2.08 per bottle and that of non-subsidised cylinder by Rs 42.50 per bottle from March 1, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) said.</p>.<p>The subsidised LPG cylinder will cost Rs 495.61 in Delhi from Friday as against Rs 493.53 at present. The non-subsidised ones will cost Rs 701.50 per 14.2 kg cylinder.</p>.<p>The hike, which came after three months of reduction in prices, was necessitated by tax impact on increased market rate of the fuel, IOC said in a statement.</p>
