Ten firms suspended from trading in securities

The names of ten companies are:  Brijlaxmi Leasing & Finance, Interface Financial Services, Mukunda Industrial Finance, Rock Hard Petrochemical Industries, Shamken Cotsyn, Shamken Multifab, Shamken Spinners, Stresscrete India and Tamarai Mills.

The firms have failed to comply with various provisions of the Listing Agreement up to quarter ended June, 2009.   Consequently, trading in securities of these companies will be suspended with effect from May 3, 2010. 

In case, the company complies to the satisfaction of the bourse with all the provisions of the Listing Agreement on or before April 23, 2010, then trading in securities of the company will be suspended for 5 days.  If it complies by May 17, 2010, then the trading will be suspended for 30 days.

However, in case the company fails to comply with the provisions of the Listing Agreement of the bourse on or before May 17, 2010, the suspension will continue till such time the company complies with the procedure prescribed for revoking suspension in a scrip.
