<p>"We will launch the all new edition of Passat in the Indian market by March 2011. It will be launched at the same time as the 'Think Blue' campaign is introduced in the country," Volkswagen Group Sales India's Director, Neeraj Garg, told reporters here.<br /><br />"The all new Volkswagen Passat will come to India with BlueMotion features like start stop, brake energy recuperation, DSG duel clutch gear box, gear shift indicator and an extremely fuel efficient engine," he said.<br /><br />The company will introduce its 'Think Blue' campaign in the country at the end of the first quarter this year, he said. Garg, however, did not reveal the price of the all new Passat.<br /><br />Volkswagen intends to adopt `Think Blue' as a consistent approach that will be reflected in the brand's actions and communication. "Building on one of the best-known environmental labels in the automobile industry, 'BlueMotion', Volkswagen is sending out a new signal for sustainable mobility," he said.<br /><br />This corporate mindset is underscored by the use of blue as the predominant colour in the campaign. Volkswagen is now systematically continuing this tradition in combination with innovative elements, he said.<br /><br />Garg said India is the fastest-growing market in the luxury car segment and "we will continue to grow here."<br /><br />"By 2018, the group as a whole is intending to capture 20 per cent of the passenger car market in India," he said.<br /><br />The company is also increasing its dealerships across the country. The present number of dealers iss 70 across 57 cities. The company has seven models in the country. Its Polo and Vento are driving the company's sales in the country.<br /></p>
