<p class="title">Kodagu District Congress Committee President Shivu Madappa said block committees of Congress will be dissolved and new elected committees will be formed within a fortnight.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Madappa told reporters on Friday that inactive presidents and members of block committees will be replaced by active members, keeping in mind the upcoming parliamentary elections.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The list of members active in the party will be submitted to KPCC. Following the directions of KPCC , all block and zonal committees of Congress had been dissolved, said Madappa.</p>.<p class="bodytext">KPCC Vice President Mittu Changappa, MLC Veena Acchaiah and leader V P Suresh were present.</p>
