Mines survey in Hospet

The operation has been taken up in pursuance of the Supreme Court direction.
A team comprising officials from the Revenue, Forest, Mines and Geology Departments and IBM officers began the work from trijunction point under the guidance of IBM Controller of Mines, Rammohan.

Speaking to reporters, Rammohan said the disputed boundaries of the mines will be identified and a report will be submitted to the court accordingly.
