Director Ratnaja is known to be a hard task master. After Honganasu, his temper also gained fame (or notoriety), specially after he riled against hapless critics of the film.
His guru and his fan, Hamsalekha too endorsed the point calling him a director operating on a short fuse, but in

a low voice, for Ratnaja was close by!

At the Premisam media interaction, Hamsalekha also revealed how it was difficult for the talented director to work with stars, and that he had to depend on newcomers. The man in question however remained calm and confined himself to a “it was not my intention to hurt anyone” remark.

Talk slowly veered towards the film which Ratnaja described as being “light-hearted”, the other two (Nenapirali and Honganasu) being “whole-hearted” and “heavy hearted”.

The director, who re-introduced the natural and architectural beauty of Mysore to the audience in Nenapirali had a tough time selecting locations this time around when the team shot three schedules in 35 days. Now, the team is moving to Belgaum to shoot the remaining portions. Understandably, the youngsters — Amulya, newcomer Varun and Chethan Chandra — were in awe of their director. Hamsalekha though seemed to be enjoying and recounted how the director was picky about the tunes. He went further and predicted that the songs of Premisam will push back those of Premaloka in
popularity!

Premisam may be released either in October or
