K0MUL elections today

 
This is in the context of tension and trouble caused during the previous election. More than 500 police personnel including 300 constables, 40 ASIs are posted. Of the 13 posts of directors , 3 are elected unopposed.

For the remaining 10 posts, 24 candidates are contesting. Polling will be held between 9 am and 4 pm. Immediately after, counting will begin and results will be announced by evening.  Assistant Commissioner M S Archana will be the polling officer.
