Christina Walsh, who performs under the name Capri Anderson, has gone public with her tearful testimony accusing the actor for battery and imprisonment during a drunken episode in a New York hotel room, New York Post reported online.
Anderson, 22, claimed that she locked herself in the bathroom after the 'Two And A Half Men' star, started hurling abuses at her and threatened her with a shiny object which she suspects was a knife.
"I saw him pick something up. I'm not sure if it was an envelope opener, maybe a knife. I wasn't at that point paying so much attention as much as I was trying to (get to the bathroom)," she recalled during a TV interview.
Anderson's attorney also confirmed his client's plans to file a criminal report with New York police, alleging battery and false imprisonment.
"She (is) going (to) police today. She's filing a police report against Mr. Sheen today, a criminal report. She's going to the NYPD (New York Police Department) to report the action," he said.
Meanwhile, Sheen's lawyers have denied her claims and the actor has filed a lawsuit against Anderson.
