Siddu slams BJP leadership

Talking to reporters after flagging off the Kanaka Jayanthi procession near north gate of the Palace here, he said the Congress party would continue its campaign demanding sacking of Yeddyurappa.

The BJP national leadership has failed to act against a corrupt Chief Minister. It shows their weakness. The party is pursuing double standards as it made a hue and cry against the 2G spectrum and CWG irregularities. The Congress has dropped those responsible for such mess. The BJP has no moral right to speak against the Congress party, he said.

He also ridiculed the BJP leadership saying ‘both the state and national leadership have different stand on the removal of Chief Minister Yeddyurappa and it showed inconsistency within the BJP’.
