The Congress leader said all the development works have come to a standstill in the last three years and the government has implementing some works out of the funds released by the Centre. The State, so far, has received  ` 18,000 crore from the Union Government for various works. The government was clearing the bills of contractors only after receiving 10 per cent commission. Siddaramaiah flayed the seers of various mutts for having supported the ‘corrupt’ CM.
