Honorary doctorate for six

Defence Research and Development Organisation Director General Dr V K Saraswat who designed the indigenous missiles Prithvi-1 and2; Pejawar seer Vishweshatheertha for his contribution to education and social service; Supreme Court judge Justice Dalveer Bhandari; Dr Niloufer Adil Kazmi, Jindal Aluminium Company Head Dr Seetaram Jindal and Harikatha artiste Lakshman Das will be conferred the degree at the convocation to be held on December 4.

DLit has been conferred on police officer S T Ramesh and Krishnachivukula, a researcher in New York, said varsity Vice-Chancellor Dr S C Sharma at a press meet.
