He complained of low blood pressure and pain in the chest while travelling from Chauri to Bhadohi, his brother Arvind Singh told PTI.Doctors are monitoring his condition, he said.
54-year-old Singh is on a 500-km-long Poorvanchal Swabhimaan Padyatra from Allahabad to Gorakhpur to mobilise support for creation of a separate Purvanchal state to be carved out of Uttar Pradesh.
