Pak national was mastermind of Kashmir recruitment case:NIA

Rehman alias wali is the 24th accused in the case relating to the recuritment of some keralites for terror activities in Kashmir. Four keralites-- Fayas, Abdul Rahim, Mohammed Yasin and Fayes, who were recrutited were killed in an encounter with security forces.
The statement was filed before the court by NIA while opposing the bail applciation moved by C E Abdul Hameed,an accused in the Kashmir recuritment case.

It was submitted that Hameed had impersonated as Mohammed Yusuf and had received the other accused in the case in New Delhi and had made arrangements for their accomodation until they left for kashmir to get further training under the Lashker-e-Taiba.
