<p>K Krishna and others had filed a petition stating that the BDA demolished their houses without notice. Justice D V Shylendra Kumar ordered compensation to the tune of Rs two lakh for houses with RCC roof and Rs one lakh for houses with asbestos sheet roofing. <br /><br />The petitioners have also been given the liberty of approaching the civil court for remedy.</p>
