'Rani' too involved in 2G scam : Swamy

"Besides Raja, a 'Rani' was also involved in the 2G spectrum scam," Swamy said in a lecture series on 'Corruption - the biggest threat to India becoming a superpower' held by an NGO here last night.

However, he did not clarify who the 'Rani' was.

Swamy alleged that during the period of Raja as a Telecom  Minister, 2G spectrum was alloted to the private companies after violating the rules and regulations and overlooking national security.
