Anant Narayan Mishra, Payal's husband, continued to post on the wall of his Facebook account on Friday too. In all, he posted thrice. A day after disclosing that the "murderer was my Orissa gym trainer and was like a younger brother to Payal and me" (in a likely reference to James who is being questioned by police), Mishra wrote that a woman, who is the suspected killer's mistress, could also be involved.

“I strongly feel that there is a lady involved, directly or indirectly, I'm very sure abt it, il (I'll) let u know why? Lets c if my suspicion is true or not. This lady is accused kept (sic) and accused once said that this lady can do anything for him," Mishra said in his first post. According to Mishra, the woman was not in Cuttack, his hometown, from December 14-19 when the murder occurred:

"I got the second culprit, this lady is involved and I'm sure abt (about) it. My friends say that she was out of Cuttack 4m (from) 14th to 19th December. Lets c if the police nab her or not, but believe me, if she was out of town, then she was involved in this crime."
Continuing his tirade against his in-laws who had initially pointed fingers at him, Mishra said: "One more thing, if u r reading newspapers ul (you'll) still know that my in-laws just want me hanged (sic) irrespective of me being accused or innocent. Don't know why they r doing this."

Earlier, Mishra had spoken of avenging his wife's killer, saying he would make his life "a living hell". He also said the allegations levelled against him by his in-laws were 'baseless'. Explaining his absence from Payal’s funeral, Mishra asserted that his in-laws had kept him off.

The gym instructor also didn't spare the media. Asking the media to keep off the matter, Mishra said: "Why is media taking my blogs so seriously? I hav (have) not revealed the suspect's name yet. This is (are) just my thoughts abt the murder and the blogs r for my friends and well wishers, not for media."
