Voters are being lured offering money and government machinery were being misused by the BJP, but this will not deter the spirit of the Congress candidates in villages.”  The State government is implementing schemes using the Centre’s sanctions. Scheme benefits are not being distributed to the poor as the government is involved in corruptions and scams, she added.

The government could not find solution to the power crisis, she said and questioned, “how can the government provide free power supply for 10 HP pumpsets of farmers when the State is reeling under shortage of power.”

Rural development work were stalled due to the instability in the government. The BJP is planning to win majority in the elections using money power and the government machinery, she alleged. “The BJP government is capable of denotifying land within 24 hours.
