Addressing the agitating farmers here, he said they lost faith on politicians but had reposed faith on judiciary. But now they have lost faith on judiciary too. Although, more than 40 farmers have been cheated by the tractor company the district administration has kept quiet. The officials have not bothered to meet farmers to understand their problems. If the government pursue such a policy they would launch agitation. Symbolically, they would be handing over the tractors to the district administration. In case no action was taken, all the tractors would be parked in front of the Vidhana Soudha, he noted.
He appealed farmers not to consume poison at any cost since they had to fight against injustice. He also demanded the police to withdraw cases registered against two farmers who tried to commit suicide as the verdict of district consumer court went against them.
