Oldest litigant to move SC on Ayodhya

 Hashim, who had been trying to reach an out-of-court settlement of the matter with the help of former All India Akhara Parishad president Mahant Gyan Das, said on Sunday that he would be moving the apex court as his efforts in this regard had not yielded any positive results.

Ansari said that he would approach the apex court with his petition on Monday.
The oldest litigant said that he took the decision to move the Supreme Court under “compulsion” and with “a heavy heart” and when he was left with no alternative. Hashim’s lawyer Zafaryab Jilani, also confirmed that they would be moving the apex court on Monday.
