A policeman was beheaded tonight by some unidentified persons at Udyog Nagar area here, police said.
The incident took place at around 10 PM when 52-year-old policeman was on his way to Indira Gandhi Nagar police outpost to report for his duty, they said, adding, the motive behind the crime remains to be ascertained.
