Actress Pooja Gandhi files arbitration case against producer

When the case came up today before the judge Majjige Nijaganavar, the actress submitted that only Rs four lakh of the Rs 12 lakh agreed as payment by producer-director Shiva Ganapathy had been paid as advance for the film.

She said Ganapathy offered another Rs four lakh after completion of the film and a profit of 8.8 per cent on Rs four lakh share capital which she has to invest in "Ekarudradevi Films" floated by him.

Pooja said she had filed the case not only for recovery of dues "but also bring to light the fake share transaction in film companies". Shiva Ganapathy who was present agreed for a "reconciliation" and sought time till tomorrow to settle, which the court agreed.
