Ananth Kumar and state Rural Development Minister Jagadish Shettar were at the meeting. In his address, Yeddyurappa dismissed talk of dissidence against him as "media creation".<br /><br />The bypolls will see triangular contests in all the three constituencies involving the BJP, the Congress and Janata Dal-Secular. The bypolls were necessitated as two Congress legislators, from Bangarpet and Jagalur, and one from the JD-S (Chennapatna) quit their seat to join the BJP in October last year.</p>
