Interim report on church attacks soon

 
“The interim report will consolidate the proceedings conducted in 21 districts. Once the interim report is ready, it will be submitted to the government,” he said in the beginning of the 3-day sitting at Circuit House here on Wednesday.

Justice Somasekhara said out of the 29 districts in the State from where the church attack incidents were reported in September last, the Commission has completed its probe in 24 districts. Investigations are yet to be completed in Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Chikmagalur, Davangere and Bellary.

As per plan, eight witnesses had to be inquired on the first day. However, only four witnesses in connection with the Vamajoor church attack incident could be examined.
