<p>The suspect is Sunil Ram from Bihar. According to police, Konthadevi and Deepak Bahaddur, a couple from Nepal, and Sunil Ram were among a team of 30 workers employed to construct a building at Dollars Layout in JP Nagar fifth phase. <br /><br />They all stayed in a makeshift shed near the construction site. Ram went into Deepak’s shed when his daughter was playing alone. Her parents were away at work. <br /><br />He allegedly lured her by offering her sweets, took her to another shed and allegedly raped her.<br /><br />He then gave her some more sweets and left her at her parent’s shed and disappeared, police said. When her parents returned, the weeping child narrated the incident to them.<br /><br />The couple lodged a complaint with the police, who arrested Sunil Ram and remanded him in judicial custody.</p>
