DC orders magisterial probe into Shaji encounter

AC Prabhulinga Kavalikatti will conduct the probe into the incident. The encounter was held within Mangalore South police station limits. The AC has been directed to probe into whether the encounter is justified and it was necessary. The report should be submitted within three months.
