Windies race to big victory

Pakistan’s batting had crumbled for the first time in the five-match series despite another fluent half-century from Hafeez as they were dismissed for just 139.

Simmons clattered the bowlers around in making an unbeaten 77 (73b, 7x4, 3x6) while Edwards made a more sedate 40 as the West Indies reached their target with 26.3 overs to spare. The result gave Pakistan a 3-2 series victory.

Pakistan’s batting was undermined by Ravi Rampaul,  who took four for 45.
