SP legislator thrashes UP official

Haji Abdul Samad Ansari stormed the office of the ADM (Protocol) R K Singh on Monday evening and demanded issuance of a solvency certificate in favour of a woman. The official, however, refused to issue the certificate saying that he needed more papers.
