The visit is part of an initiative titled - Sangam Tour, under the Army’s Sadbhavana project implemented by the Victor Force, which looks after Anantnag and Pulwana districts in South Kashmir.
The programme is implemented under the aegis of 15 Corps of the Indian Army. The students met IIMB Director Pankaj Chandra and interacted with the faculty members.
According to Major Mahesh Arjyal of the Victor Force, “The visit triggered off a will to go for higher education among the bright, but under-exposed children from the valley. With such exposures, the future of Jammu and Kashmir definitely seems bright,” he added.
