Medical Education minister S A Ramdas will hoist the national flag. Opposition leader Siddaramaiah, Housing Board chairman G T Devegowda, Mayor Pushpalatha T B Chikkanna, zilla panchayat president G Sunita Veerappagowda and legislators and boards and corporation presidents will participate.
In the evening at 6 cultural programmes has been arranged at Kala Mandir. Legislator H S Shankarlinge Gowda will preside. Retd professor M S Venugopal will participate, said a release.
