Addressing a news conference, Cardiologist Dr H Prabhakar said that cardiac check up (including Lab/ECG/ECHO/ treadmill, lab tests) will cost Rs 900.
Angiogram will cost Rs 5,000, Angioplasty (one vessel) will cost Rs 30,000 while angioplasty (two vessel) will cost Rs 35,000. CABG charge is Rs 70,000, ASD surgery charge is Rs 50,000 and VSD surgery costs Rs 65,000.
Dr Prabhakar said that St Francis Hospital New York Electro Physiologist Dr Vinni Jayaram will be visiting Fr Mullers Medical College on August 8 and will be performing pacemaker implantation free of cost for a few poor deserving patients. For details contact 0824-2238163.
