Judges' decision

The judges, who had a great time at the show, said that they were so impressed by the talent that they saw around them that it was incredibly difficult to pick a single winner.

Pavithra Halkatti:  “It was a very special evening. There was obviously a lot of hard work that went into these performances, and the ultimate turn-up of some of the teams was really good. I especially liked the acts which revolved around a specific theme. When it comes to a fashion show, we picture one concept, and everything has to flow with that. It’s important for the music, styling and choreography to gel.”

Neettoo: “I had a really nice time here tonight. I got to see a lot of creativity, and there were certain times in the show when I actually forgot that I’m here as a judge. A few of the teams in particular really blew me away.”

Radhika Gandhi: “It was incredibly difficult to select the winners for the show. In fact, it was a really close competition. I think every team really did their best. The three winners of the event,  in particular, were superb, and put up a performance that was really great to see.”

Priya Nayak: “It was a pleasure to be judging here tonight. All the teams were incredibly different and unique, and I was especially struck by the diversity in the ethnic and western themes. There’s clearly a lot of hard work and dedication that’s going on here. I think it’s important for a ramp model to be able to carry themselves with style, no matter what they’re wearing.”
