Metrolife spoke to a few members of Gen Y to find out what they thought of the show.

Vasundhara, a first year MSc student of Mount Carmel College, said that the creative round completely floored her.

“All the teams have done a really great job expressing their individualism and representing their generation. I liked my own college’s show the best,” she said.

Anshu, a student of MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, claimed that he came specially to cheer for his own college. However, he had a great time checking out the other teams as well.

“Some of the colleges have chosen really high-tech themes, while others have gone for something more traditional. I like the way the models have managed to connect both the ancient and the modern,” he said.

Chandrakanth, also studying at MSRIT, was very impressed with the performance of his own college. “Their show was really good. The confidence that they showed was really fantastic. But some of the other colleges also interpreted the theme in really nice ways,” he claimed.

The audience also had a great time during the dances that Mount Carmel College and St Joseph’s College of Arts and Science put up in between the two rounds of the show. Nikita, a first year interior design student of Mount Carmel College, said, “I love dances, so that was a great part of the show for me,” she said.
