One of the main objectives behind the launch of FinNode was for Indian and Finnish innovators to create scalable, sustainable and affordable solutions to tackle major global challenges and needs by combining the expertise and experience of the two countries.
“Amid the present economic scenario in Europe, many countries are looking for other places. India is one of the preferred destinations,” said Finnish Minister for Economic Affairs Jyri Hakamies. Finland sees in India a large market for its products and a favourable investment destination for its high technology industries whereas India views Finland as an important member of the EU and home for modern technology.
