Speaking to the media, Udupi Block Urban Youth Congress Committee President Kirthi Shetty informed that the convention will be inaugurated by Dakshina Kannada Congress Minorities Committee President Moideen Bava. Udupi District Congress President M A Gafoor will preside over the function.
Congress youth leader Kumar Bangarappa will deliver the keynote address on the occasion.
Former MP Vinay Kumar Sorake, Congress Youth leader Pramodh Madhvaraj and Udupi Block Congress Committee President Diwaker Kunder are the Chief guests.
