Dalit Praja Sene members hold dharna

They alleged that the Child Development Project officer had failed to distribute bonds to the eligible beneficiaries, under the Bhagyalakshmi scheme.

The Women and Child Welfare Development department had failed to distribute Bhagyalakshmi bonds, which were supposed to be distributed a year back. Till date, the department had not bothered to distribute them. They further alleged that there were irregularities in the various Gram Panchayats, under the NREGs in Bangarpet taluk. The officials concerned were not bothered to take any action.
