While, a few miscreants desecrated the portrait of Dr Ambedkar by making a garland of slippers, people belonging to upper castes beat up Dalits for not obeying their orders in Kasuvinahalli in Nagamangala. <br /><br />Whereas a youth who went to a saloon in Kirugavalu in Malavalli was assaulted with blade,” he said, adding that the government was blind to all these cases. The government should immediately act against the accused in these cases, he urged.</p>
