'Sri Krishna Leelotsava' held in Udupi

‘Sri Krishna Leelothasava’ was organised in the Car Street on Saturday where the idol of the Lord was taken in a colorful procession. Later, the idol was brought to the Rajanagana where ‘Mangalasnana’ was performed. It was adorned with a varieties of ornaments and ‘Pithambera’.

The aroma of the ‘magaladravya’ enchanted all gathered over there. The Lord was decorated with ‘Astabhavapushpa’ and ‘Mangalarathi’ was perfumed by the Paryaya Putthige Seer Sri Sugunendratheertha Sripada.  Thousands of devotees crowded at Rajangana to get a glimpse of the celebrations.
