Jyoti Nivas College presents ‘Scintillation’, the annual inter-collegiate degree fest, on January 12 and 13.
The theme for the fest is ‘Flamenco’ and in addition to the usual music and dance competitions, a number of unique events like art walk and flash mob will be held.
